JENKS, Okla., April 30, 2021 – Gateway Mortgage, a division of Gateway First Bank, is proud to announce seven of its team members have been named Top Producers by National Mortgage News. The loan originators included in the list produced a total of 2,463 loans with a total dollar volume of $588,193,045.

In its 23rd year, Top Producers rankings are open to mortgage loan originators and brokers who work at depository, nonbank and mortgage brokerage firms in the United States. The rankings are compiled from 2020 loan production information submitted by employees.

With an increased number of homeowners refinancing and taking advantage of lower interest rates, Gateway reported funding over $1 billion a month in residential mortgage loans in six different months of 2020. In October of 2020, Gateway set an all-time record for monthly volume by funding more than $1.1 billion in loans in one month. Overall, Gateway funded more than $11.3 billion in mortgage loans in 2020, surpassing the previous record year of $7.7 billion funded loans in 2019.
