Gateway Mortgage Group Earns Top Award for Customer Service Levels

JENKS, Okla., June 20, 2017 – Gateway Mortgage Group, founded by Kevin Stitt, was recently recognized as a Call Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal. The Call Center of Excellence award is one of the most prestigious recognitions within the customer service and support industry. Recipients of the certification must be operating well above industry average levels in over 41 key performance areas. The certification serves as an independent audit while providing a standard for customer satisfaction levels across a wide range of industries and insights for further advancements.
