TULSA, Okla., August 26, 2020 – Gateway Mortgage, a division of Gateway First Bank, is proud to present a check to Folds of Honor for $79,095. The amount represents Gateways donation for the first six months of 2020. Each month, Gateway donates $5 for every mortgage loan closed through its retail locations. With more than 150 mortgage centers across the country, Gateway has donated a total of $270,540 to Folds of Honor since the partnership began almost three years ago in January 2018. Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service.

Gateway experienced record-setting months in April, May and June, with the company reaching over $1 billion in residential mortgage loans each month. Gateway is on its way to originating more than $10 billion in mortgage loans, assisting thousands of families, and putting the company on track to potentially surpass its record-breaking year of $7.7 billion funded loans in 2019.
